As an Application Expert, you will work to improve the planning and monitoring tools we use in all H & M stores. In your role you will be responsible for the development of our solutions and the support to our users. This will help improving the work in our stores which ultimately contributes to a better shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for a solutions expert with BI experience whose main tasks will be to maintain and further develop our planning and monitoring tool for stores and warehouses. You will work closely with our business and ensure that their functional requirements are implemented in the system. The solution is based on a standard CPM product.

As application expert, you are part of a Stockholm-based team. You have many contacts and will work closely with the supplier, the business and the offshore team in India. You are responsible for how you set up your work and therefore have great potential to influence your everyday work.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M application expert comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Investigations based on user preferences
- Technical analysis of business requirements
- Design and development improvements
- Version and release management
- Provide users support

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- 1-2 year's experience in financial management processes
- Experience of working with the Budget, Planning & Monitoring from an IT perspective
- Implementation of the CPI (Performance Management & BI)
- Development and monitoring of reports
- Good understanding of BI Architecture

Experience of ETL, SQL Server Integration and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
