Digital Product Designer for Trainee Program at Seco Tools

In with the application! Trainee program The Trainee Program at Seco Tools gives you the best possible start to your career as a Digital Product Designer. Once on board, you will get a year where we will combine your daily work with training so that you will grow both as an individual and increase your technical competence. We want you to be part of our team for a long time and we believe that it starts with a commitment from us, we want to give you as a new employee a year of development through our Trainee Program. As a recent graduate, you come from the school environment into a program where we invest in your skills development while you get the chance to build a network and community with others who are in the same situation as you. For one year, you will continuously receive training days, joint activities while carrying out your daily work with the team. The role as a Digital Product Designer In the role as a Digital Product Designer, you will conduct user research, such as user interviews, prototype testing, conceptual design and more. You will use the research data that you have gathered to determine what users want and where their pain points lie. You will work in a cross-functional team and daily communicate with a variety of stakeholders from business up to development teams. Other duties include: •Conduct Ux-research analysis •Emphasize and iterate with end-users doing usability studies •Create wireframes and prototypes •Create planning of the activities to be done within project/line-work activity •Work on development of first release of digital products •Supporting or do small projects related to existing products or new initiatives For the role of Cloud developer, we are looking for those who has... •A Bachelor's or master's degree in product design, interaction design, interface design, human computer interaction, or service/graphic/communication design with an emphasis on UX or equivalent qualification. Or •Relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints. •Professional language skills in English, both verbally and in writing It is also mandatory that you attach your Design Portfolio along with the application. Meritorious: •Language skills in a Scandinavian language •Familiarity with Agile software development process and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello •Previously worked in manufacturing or a natural interest within industry In addition to the above qualifications, we see that you as an applicant are pro-active to be able to deliver highest quality work, have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent communication skills.
