Qliro is looking for a Head of Product Operations

Qliro is on a mission to become the champion of digital consumer finance in the Nordics. Our company was founded in 2014 and in less than a year we have grown to a team of over 100 people from over 25 different countries, and over 1 million unique customers have used our payment products. We see great opportunities ahead in building new innovative financial and payments products, to solve the everyday problems of millions of Nordic consumers. We do this by building products based on three basic principles: simplicity, value for money, and great customer experiences.

Qliro is now looking for a Head of Product Operations to lead and manage the daily operations of our product.

Job summary

As Head of Product Operations at Qliro you will:

• Work in close cooperation with several areas of the business to identify, understand and prioritize requirements to ensure continuous operations of key products, and meet expectations of end consumers, merchants, and internal stakeholders
• Report to COO, lead the Product Operations team and be responsible for planning and execution of monthly routines, such as account settlements, print exports, new payment campaigns, and similar
• Manage implementation and releases of new features, bug fixes and adjustments in conjunction with both internal resources and external suppliers
• Ensure that sufficient resources are available to meet short and mid-term product project plans, both internally and with external suppliers

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of work experience and a background in financial technology operations, banking operations, or similar
• You have a great technical understanding and ability to communicate with IT colleagues, and can make key decision in detailed technical matters while understanding both business impact and implications for end consumers
• You have experience from efficiently managing a team (5-10 employees) and make the correct things happen on time while maintaining a high satisfaction among your employees

• You have excellent problem solving skills and communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and verbal
