About the position
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will belong to one of Aurora Innovation's three agile and cross-functional development teams. The team consists of 4-5 persons, and you will work together with a product owner and several developers. The team is responsible for the telephony and SMS functionality of Aurora Innovation's platform Aurora teleQ. The system is mainly written in Java and Angular.

You will work with improvements of Aurora Innovation’s test environment. You will also do test analysis, test automation, test documentation but also supervision of test flows and troubleshoot on faults that the team finds.

Your profile
To succeed in this role you have several years of experience working as a Test Automation Engineer in a cross-functional agile product team developing SaaS services. We believe that you have experience in working with system test automation of both GUI and APIs and experience with incorporating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore you have worked with load tests of large distributed systems as well as worked with manual exploration tests.

We also see that you have knowledge and experience in most of these areas:
• Python, Linux, MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc.
• SIP telephony
• Large distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern Cloud technologies
• API management & Security
