Besedo offers solutions for improved user experience and Fraud on the Internet, mainly in the field of UGC (User Generated Content). Our customers are leading companies in online classified, dating, social networking and media, for whom safety and consumer confidence is crucial. We have offices in Colombia, Malta, Romania and Stockholm.The Stockholm office has just moved to new premises in Hornstull.

Besedo is currently in an expansionary phase in automation and we need to strengthen our development team with one more person with a focus on frontend.

Working with us gives you the chance to build up a global development team with the goal of creating a safer Internet and a better user experience for millions of Internet users. The focus is on automating our services and to develop new products related to the existing business. In addition to the development team in Stockholm, there is also a development team in Malta, which mainly develops and supports the company's manual services and support systems.

You will work with modern JavaScript frameworks and you will have great influence in the future technology choice of Besedo together with the rest of the development team. The team is currently working on a micro-service architecture built with Node.js, RabbitMQ, MariaDB, MongoDB and AngularJS as the frontend framework, something that might change in the future. We are looking for someone who has some years’ experience of working with modern web platforms and JavaScript, particularly in frontend, even if the experience of the development of the entire stack is an advantage. Have you worked test-driven and agile, this is a plus, as we place great importance on testability and rapid release cycles.

As a person you are self-motivated, goal-oriented and team focused. It is important that you are humble and want to share your expertise and knowledge, something we focus on to develop further as a group. We also believe in communicating openly and prestige of the entire team. You enjoy solving problems and keep you constantly updated on new technologies and innovative solutions, with no compromise in terms of scalability, stability or durability. Fluent English in speech and writing is a requirement since Besedo has offices in several countries as well as international customers. Swedish is no requirement for this position.

We offer, in addition to market salary, bonus, pension and private health insurance. There are also good opportunities to flexible working hours. Some travelling is required.
