This role belongs to our Nordics subsidiary with a headquarter in Stockholm.

We provide Application support and development services to our customer. The services include coordination with other suppliers as well as making code/configuration changes. The project requires handling of Major as well as minor applications issues. We are looking for resources who have strong technical skills but also good at learning functional skills too.

Your working area & responsibilities

• Experienced in Application services like Enhancements & Maintenance.
• Problem determination, Break/Fix Support – has experience in System configuration or customizations and Unit Testing.
• Coordination with Product Managers and Vendors on Requirements gathering, Functional design elaboration, testing and validation.
• Stakeholder Management - Client, vendors and/or IT partners.
• Change Management and Knowledge Management.

Your skillset

• Previous experience in operational support services.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in JIRA, Azure Dev Ops
• Knowledge in Energy/Utilities Domain
• SQL/Oracle Database knowledge.
• Programing knowledge - .NET, java, html
