The role
We're looking for a Support lead to join our team in Stockholm. You'll help ensure that our end users love GpsGate. As the Support lead, you will support our customers and build out the processes and team.

You will:

- Deliver first class product support to our customers
- Analyze and improve our support processes
- Document support activities and results
- Identify and report product issues to development
- Work closely with other teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Grow the support team

We’re looking for:

- Experience in software support
- Knowledge of software support methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience communicating with clear and comprehensive language
- Experience with hosting and running software in the cloud

- Great team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in software support
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Fluency in both written and spoken English

In addition, it's great if you have:

- Hands-on experience with support tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL, C#/.NET, JS, and scripting
- AWS experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
