Vizrt wishes to expand its R&D team with an additional back-end developer. This is a recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is done by the Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Vizrt.

As a back-end developer you will work in a R&D team of eight people including designers, back-end developers and product managers to create the world's top media management systems. The structure is basically flat which opens up great opportunities for the responsibility to contribute at all levels.

We believe that you who are applying are in the beginning of your career and have 0-2 years experience in software development or a great passion for the area.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a back-end developer at Vizrt you will work with development of Viz One, a world-leading media management system. Your main duties will consist of developing, maintaining and improving Viz One. You will work with the design documentation, implementation, and code review. Furthermore, you will work with unit testing and software development in Python and Perl. There will be great opportunities for you to create your role in a way that suits your requirements.

As a developer at Vizrt you will be working in the R&D team with overall responsibility for developing Viz One alongside of a Product Owner, Agile Coach and UX/designer. This work is also Agile in real life and all parts of the organization involved in the delivery with the aim of creating the best possible environment for innovation and continuous improvement with emphasis on users.

Vizrt is located in the middle Kista, where all the development team is located on the same floor. The culture is very open and the colleagues support each other in high and low, in the office are kanban boards where you can always have full insight into the team's development flow.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Has a degree within IT, engineering or other relevant field

* Good knowledge of object-oriented programming
* Experience with unit testing, code review and design documentation

It is an advantage if you have further knowledge in Linux, desirable is RedHat or CentOS.
