Sigma is currently looking for devOps engineers for multiple customers. As a devOps engineer at Sigma you will support the development organization setting their environment and pipeline, and at the same time creating transparency by extracting data from the pipeline to be used for data driven decisions. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional, highly independent teams, and product owners and stakeholders. This requires maturity and a ‘team first’ approach, which we believe is the best way to create great software. The team will design, implement and test the feature, product and system from requirements to production and commercial deployment.

Required qualifications

• MSc/BSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Experience of working with development in Python, Java, C/C++ or Go

We also hope that you have;

• professional experience in one or several of the following technologies/Areas: DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, Artifactory, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Git, Elasticsearch, VMWare
• knowledge about agile methodologies and Scrum
• good spoken and written Swedish.
• an interest in Cloud Infrastructure and CI Architecture as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
• scripting experience from Python, Bash, Batch, Groovy or powerShell.
• development primarly on linux but also some experience in windows
• knowledge about service based architecture, Microservices
• system Test competence; System test automation
• experience working within Embedded Systems
