Academic Work is looking for a Technical Consultant for our customer based in central Stockholm. Our client is a global listed company working with customized business solutions in IT and management for companies worldwide. The company is active in the telecommunications industry but also works with large companies in finance, medicine, transportation and other state companies. The company is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is currently expanding their business. They therefore need to expand its Product team with another employee.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Technical Consultant you will work with the entire chain of the customer relationship where you implement the product and helps with support along the way. You will be working as a technical system analyst in customer support as well as a technical consultant in customer system implementations. The work is independent and demands high ability to find solutions to customer problems and ability to guide the customer in the process to achieve 100% satisfacied customers. You will be part of a team of 10 people and report to the Product Director.

For example, you will:

* Provide support on technical issues regarding the company's product, level: Second line support
* Be responsible for the technical part of the customer implementation, performing, Assure technical installation and configuration (all activities done remotely)
* Assist the customer to perform their activities without delay
* Provide first-class service and provide solutions to customers
* Run implementation preparations phone meetings and web training sessions with customer representatives

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Specific expertise required:

* A University degree in Computer science or similar
* 1-2 years experience working in IT or Telecom
* Knowledge in several of the areas: SQL Server, Windows Server .NET, Linux, C ++
* Good communication skills in english and experience from customer relations

It would be considered an additional qualification if you have a good understanding of networking technologies such as SIP, SS7 and wireless technologies such as
UMTS, GSM and 4G.

As a person, you have excellent analytical skills and a dedication to deliver high quality solutions, as well as an ability to work independitely. You have good communication skills and can explain your ideas and solutions to others.
