About the company

MultiMind is now looking for a tech savy and service-minded person to our client, a progressive tech company that develops and sells products for eye control and eye tracking. The company's headquarters is based in Stockholm and they are represented in the US, Japan, China, Germany and Norway. The chosen candidate will be offered a permanent position with a six month probation period. 

Responsibilities

As a IT support technician, you will work closely with the other IT team members on advanced technical problems. Your responsibilites will include the following:

Supporting approximately 250 internal users with various types of IT matters. This includes user support for Windows, computers and networks.  Work with backup, security management and system monitoring.
  We would like you to have:

Experience (minimum 3 years) from working within IT, preferably as a system administrator or more in-depth support. Experience of working with installation and troubleshooting in Windows and Unix. Great knowledge of virtualization, primarily WMware. Great knowledge of cloud services such as Azure and Amazon. Great understanding of JIRA systems. Experience of working with Visma business. A pedagogical approach with a customer service attitude, with the ability to handle both experienced and inexperienced computer users. Curious about most things in IT infrastructure and is known to be a lover of new technology. Fluent in both verbal and written English. We find it to be a strong merit if you have an educational background in IT, experience of network VPN and knowledge of working with account management in Active Directory.
