Expansive Worlds innovates within games, developing self-published, digitally distributed, state-of-the-art immersive experiences using the proprietary Avalanche Engine, spanning PC, web, mobile and social media. Expansive Worlds form Avalanche Studios casual and online games division with a strong focus on developing games in close collaboration with the community. The company’s first release is the critically acclaimed free-to-play hunting game, theHunter and having a growing repertoire with games including theHunter Primal, theHunter Legends and further undisclosed titles.
Expansive Worlds and Avalanche Studios are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to design and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for our self published titles on PC and Mobile. This is a great opportunity for someone who dreams about working in the games industry and wants to be part of a young, modern and flexible organisation.
You will be responsible for the management of user acquisition funnels for all active, and future, games and ensure a positive ROI. You will be an integrated part of an experienced team of developers who has been working on the games for many years and know the industry very well. Your role will be to work with them to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition and develop innovative and creative solutions for user acquisition. You will also explore and test new acquisition marketing channels and develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in forming the way we work in this area and we see this as the first of many recruitments to build up a UA team at Expansive Worlds.

Experience from a similar role or tasks to be able to bring knowledge and ideas into the group
Automotive and proactive, with an inner driving force to task and form the working day
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis
Result oriented, consistent track record of exceeding targets
Experience managing, growing and optimizing campaigns and partnerships
Experience in buying and negotiating ad buys; preferably mobile/mobile games ad buying experience
Experience conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI including A/B testing alternatives
Strong understanding and experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces
