System Administrator with an interest in cloud services

Our skilled IT Operations team is seeking a new System Administrator interested in a dynamic environment and a wide range of exciting responsibilities. This is a perfect opportunity if you also enjoy managing projects; be it implementation of new systems, data migration, or security improvements.

The team is small, working agile following LEAN principles and thus continuously strive to improve the work process – your input will be much valued and crucial to our success. We count close to 500,000 users, an uptime over 99.9 percent, and have a strong focus on reliability and resilience for our cloud services.

What you’ll be doing

Ensure upkeep and stability of our cloud services
Troubleshoot, configure and maintain our applications, middleware and servers
Lead and manage change projects
Be the interface towards suppliers and hosting providers

We believe that you have

5 to 10 years of experience from working with operations and support
A thorough understanding of Linux and various distributions, especially Red Hat
Experience of working with application servers, such as JBoss, WebSphere or Glassfish
An interest in cloud computing services such as AWS
Knowledge in networks and infrastructure
A self-starter personality and a holistic approach

This job is located at our HQ in Kista Science Tower, with a fantastic view from the 30th floor.
