Poolia is recruiting a proactive and analytical Implementation Coordinator for Astellas Pharma.
The position is based in Copenhagen (Kastrup) at the Nordic headquarter. The position is full-time. You are initially offered a fixed-term contract for 12-18 months which could be prolonged.

Job description
You are offered a new, challenging and developing position in an international environment. The Implementation Coordinator for the Nordic region will:
• Support the European/Global projects regarding implementation of new systems (Transparency, Travel Expenses, Vendor handling, Master data, Data Exchange interfacing etc).
• Report to and inform the teams you work with.
• Ensure that all data complies with legal regulations.
• Improve the technology used.
• Design and configuration of new intranet (based on SharePoint).
• Migration of SharePoint to 2013.
• Improve SAP integration.
• Build new databases.
• Monitor database and system performance.
• Monitor data entry procedures.
• Test new systems.
• Troubleshoot.
You will internally work closely with Compliance, Finance, Marketing and IT.
Qualifications
You probably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, System Administration or in other relevant area. You could also have gained the experience from former positions.
You have a understanding and interest of database architecture, software and database management systems. We believe that you have excellent skills in Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience of the ERP-system SAP, databases (queries, SQL etc), VBA, SharePoint, MS Report and/or CRM.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and in one Scandinavian language is a prerequisite for the position. You also have strong communication skills and problem solving ability.
