About Group IT Swedbank Group IT is located in Sweden (Stockholm/Umeå), Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintaining business strategic and central systems in Swedbank. All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year. About the job Group Finance, Risk & Treasury in Umeå/Stockholm is now looking for two more application designers/developers to join our Agile Development team in the Regulatory Reporting area.
The IT Regulatory Reporting team consists of 9 resources and today the majority of the team is located in Umeå office.
As a team member you will be involved in the design and development process from start to finish in some of our exciting projects. The role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on .NET and SQL. You will work as part of an agile team, interacting close with IT colleges and Business. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and create great value for our bank. We have an exciting journey ahead of us and you can make a difference by joining us. About you You are an committed application designer/developer with a good grip of .NET, SQL or similar. You have a passion for working with development and maintenance of systems/products. As a person you need to be a communicating team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are an analytical, structured, creative problem solver and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities. Good communications skills are essential and you have the ability to get a message across in a pedagogic manner even to colleagues outside your discipline. We are looking for someone who is experienced and has worked for a few years, but also those who are junior and has the right skills and attitude.
You are the one we are looking for if you;
Have .NET developing experience Experience of an agile way of working in projects A degree in an appropriate IT/Design discipline Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Qualify, experience in database modeling/design (Teradata, MS SQL, Oracle or similar) Share our values – Open, Simple and Caring
