We are an agile team but what does that mean? For us that means that we work with a mindset of testing & trying and being creative. We learn from what doesn't work and try to find new ways of solving the problem. We are a team that collaborates a lot with other teams in the organization. We are also a cross-functional feature team, which means that we have both backend, frontend, and UX/UI colleagues in the same team.

Apart from working within our team some of your time with supporting our product projects and UX/UI initiatives at Axis.

As your manager I believe in the power of building a team where the team is the driving force for how we want to work. The team members are the experts, and I'm the one supporting and helping along the way so that you can do the job in the best way possible.

What does your job look like?
In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary context, collaborating with Product Management, SW development and with other UX/UI Designers to define a vision for the customer experience. Here are some bullets of what the work could be like.

* Working with user interface design
* Conduct usability testing, user interviews and competitive analysis
* Creating UX artifacts - such as creating personas and user stories
* Wireframing prototype mock-ups and functional prototypes with tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
* Be able to work with a design framework
* Experience in designing for responsive web
* Together with the team investigate the features in our backlog to see how we can deliver them
* Daily team gatherings to talk about what you are working on and learn what the others are doing
* Be a part of the Axis UX forum where you exchange and receive knowledge and support with other UX/UI designers in the company.
