Ready to lead the TV Evolution? Join our multi-disciplined and highly qualified development team within Professional Services at Accedo. Our customers are some of the the largest and most innovative global brands in the industry; HBO, Netflix, Sky, Viaplay, Disney, Maxdome & Ericsson. You will take on the role as lead engineer, serving a project team with engineering leadership as well as driving technical discussions with customers. Working in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will help transform requirements and designs into online video apps. You will also work with integrating applications with 3rd party services such as video delivery, identity management/authentication, ad services and CMSs. At Accedo we like you to enjoy a knowledge-sharing culture by contributing to our wiki/blogs. We are looking for a person with experience from a leading role within software development of frontend web applications and modern web development, e.g. as lead engineer or system/solution architect.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet
You need to have MSc / BSc degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) at least five years of extensive experience of JavaScript/HTML/CSS excellent skills in server-side development (Node.js, Java, PHP etc.) and multiple modern programming languages (e.g. Java/Groovy, JavaScript, C#, Swift, Go) some of the more contemporary JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, Backbone, Meteor et al.) Very good knowledge of the web ecosystem (consumer device/browser, network protocols, app/web server, hosting/infrastructure) Highly proficient with source code management (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub) And it is a plus if you have knowledge of Continuous Integration & Test Driven Development experience in the Online Media Industry On a personal level we expect you to be highly motivated and capable of initiating as well as completing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer satisfaction. Good communication skills and a service minded approach is important. Excellent English communication skills are required, with additional languages being a plus.
