CRM/Salesforce Data Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a CRM/Salesforce Data Analyst who is experienced in data-driven algorithms, processes, and solutions for Automotive Industry and Service Improvements Automation.

What you'll do:

● Participate in setting up governance and guidelines for the data that CRM/Salesforce generates.

● Works closely with launch and change management to assist with KPIs, metrics and Produce reports and dashboards for follow-up regarding CRM and processes.

● Having good analytical skills, setting market benchmarks, trends, and gathering data from businesses to use in the analysis.

● Commitment to growth and personal development in the analytics space evidenced by interests in conferences, community etc.

● Set and drive agenda, roles, and expectations per project to ensure all responsibilities are being met; escalate issues as appropriate.

Who you are:

● Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.

● Good knowledge and proven experience in developing python-based applications, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, SQL, JAVA, and Linux.

● Experience of working with BI analytics and analysis tools.

● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.

● Self-going and not afraid to search information and interact with stakeholder inside and outside the company.
