The support team always strive to be one step ahead and help our external and internal clients in the best way possible. We not only appreciate but expect you to take initiative in all matters that involve our customer's or our internal systems in order to always deliver a high quality service. As a member of the support team you will be a prominent representative so social skills are valued especially high.
Our support is open 24/7 and we schedule your work according to this.
City Network has signed collective agreement with IT- Telekomföretagen.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for a wide range of products and services including game servers, VOIP and web-hosting clients. Training will be provided however existing knowledge and experience with these services is desired.
- Use all available resources at your disposal including but not limited to search engines, knowledgebase articles and previous support cases to assist clients with problems.
- Actively monitor the networks and machines to resolve individual issues as they arise.
- Handle both support and sales inquiries simultaneously via our web based Support Desk and Live Chat sales software.

Desired Skills and Experience
**(1) Year minimum experience in a customer service or technical support position.
**Must have excellent written skills and speak fluent English.
**Comprehension of both verbal and written instructions
**Moderate to advanced understanding and comprehension of computer systems with an emphasis on server infrastructure.
**Working experience of the Windows Server operating system environment

Beneficial skills/experience
*Experience with Linux operating systems and command line administration.
*Working knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and associated software.
*Familiarity with existing industry standard software solutions such as WHMCS, Kayako, and CPanel/WHM.
