The role

We´re looking for a senior QA with strong experience in automation in order to drive automation testing throughout the projects in Stockholm. This however, isn´t just an automation role. We expect you to be involved throughout the whole development lifecycle from providing input to stories before development is started to signing stories off with our product owners. This role will also involve mentoring our existing QA´s in the craft of automation to improve quality across all projects.

Requirements
• Has strong understanding and proven experience of the Agile methodology
• Has proven experience of manual testing using exploratory testing techniques
• Experience of different test levels and approaches from component to acceptance testing
• Has proven experience of using web based automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver or equivalent using C#
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to identify and gather requirements.
• Be a strong advocate for agile principles and best practices, including TDD, BDD, CI/CD and pair programming.
• A strong technical understanding of web and mobile applications and technology stacks.
• Has proven experience getting automated tests running from local machines to a continuous integration environment using Teamcity or equivalent such as Jenkins or Thoughtworks GO
• Has experience of using story lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Mingle
• A sense of humour!

It would also be excellent, but not essential, if you...
• Have experience of implementing mobile automation frameworks
• Have previous experience in mentoring other team members in best practices of automation using WebDriver
• Have previous experience in implementing automation frameworks from scratch
• Have previous software development experience in any language would be highly advantageous
• TFS experience
• Fluently in English and Swedish.
