Scrum Product Owner to eyetracking Engine team!

Do you want to be a part of our core eye tracking technology creation?

One of the exciting things Tobii is doing is creating a better Windows experience using eye tracking and to enable third party developers to create eye tracking applications through our SDK. For this matter we now need a person who will work as Scrum Product Owner in the heart of our eye tracking technology, the EyeX Engine. In this role you will act as a project manager, handle stake holders and lead the development team through process cycles.

For this role we seek you who have been working with development of products towards consumer market. Maybe your current title is System Architect, Technical Project Manager or maybe you are already working as a Scrum Product owner? Tobii wants you to be familiar with coordinating a very dedicated team through a process, and if you are experienced working with software development fo games and/or applications then this position might suit you lika a glove!

Since you will be speaking English on daily basis it is important that you are fluent in English.

Your job will consist of a few different main areas:

• Contribute to creating eye tracking features to enhance the experience of using Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Project management.
• Handling stakeholders and requests from market and stakeholders, creating and prioritizing the back-log.
• Lead and coordinate a dedicated team of 20 members (divided into two teams) through project cycles.

We believe you have:

• At least 2 years of Software development experience, with more than 5 years of working in similar industry.
• Deep knowledge and experience in object oriented design and architecture (SOLID).
• A diploma in Computer Science or similar.
• Worked with Agile methodologies.
• Worked with software development based upon the principles of TDD.
• Been working with products related to consumer hardware and therefore understand the complexity of the products

We find it to be a strong merit if you are experienced working at a hardware company and are used to working with public SDKs and Middleware software.
