Job Description

As CEO trainee you will have a unique opportunity to kick­start your career by working in different parts of the organization as well as leading projects. D​uring your trainee­period you will gain an in­depth knowledge of the online gaming industry and have the opportunity to truly make a difference in our organization. Y​ou will be part of a fast­paced, demanding and challenging business environment within our rapidly expanding company. Travels to various gaming summits will be on your itinerary as well as the startup and completion of your own projects. After the trainee­period is c​ompleted, the right candidate will be given a fantastic opportunity to further their career within LeoVegas.

During your trainee ­period you will

● Gain invaluable insight to high­level strategic management

● Participate in and lead management meetings

● Participate in and lead projects across company functions

● Travel to various gaming summits and assist CEO with preparations

● Work across all functions including Marketing, Operations, Payments, CRM & Support

● Organize and assist CEO’s daily duties

What we are looking for

You are committed to success and have great leadership and teamwork skills. You master the art of communication, are very humble, prestigeless and have well­developed interpersonal skills. Being results­orientated as well as open to change is an important key factor in your personality. You are also analytical and business oriented. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive and who takes ownership for tasks and can set their own goals.

Overall requirements

● University degree in Engineering, Business, Economy and/or Management

● Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English (Additional languages are given merit)

● Understanding of software development process

● High proficiency in the full Office package

● International experience is meriting

● Work experience in a related field is meriting

Additional Information
