Embedded Software Developer

We are looking for Embedded Software Developer location in Lund.

Assignment Description:

As part of the team responsible for Biometrics authentication and Software security areas of the Android OS, deliver high quality and on-time OS upgrades to phones. Client is looking for someone with more embedded profile.

Your role will primarily be:

- to support in the Software bring-up,

- maintenance of existing code,

- bug fixing

- developing new features in Biometrics authentication

Required comptences:

- 10 plus years of similar experience

- Experience with software bring-up and debugging of multicore/multi-threaded systems is very valuable.

- Good knowledge of the Android platform development

- Good knowledge of C/C++ and Java programming

- Experience in embedded Linux Kernel platforms

- Good knowledge of Device driver

- Experience in System core

- Good knowledge and experience in NFR (None Functional Requirement)

Preferred skills:

- Experience with software bring-up and debugging of multicore/multi-threaded systems is very valuable.

- Experience in Qualcomm platforms is a plus

- Experience with software code reviewing is a plus

- Knowledge in Rust programming is a plus

- Knowledge in Jira/Confluence is a plus

- Experience from cross-functional collaborations and attitude that gets things done

Education and softskills requirements:

- BSc / MSc or equivalent

- Fluency in Spoken / Written English

- Must be able to work both in team and independently

- Attention to detail, delivers with high quality

- Supportive, communicative and knowledge-sharing mindset

- Candidates based in Skåne are preferred.
