Job description:
- 5 to 10 + Years of experience in Robotic Simulation
- Work independent on BIW Robotic Simulation (Configuration, Cell building, reach-ability & feasibility study, tool validation, robot selection, spot distribution, gun selection etc.)
- Work on different customer standards (Volvo/VW/AUDI/BMW/DAG/JLR) using various software platforms (PDPS/DELMIA)
- Work on RCS configuration with Simulation (RRS) and Offline Programming (OLP) download with signaling
- Work on simulation documentation (Ergonomics/Safety/Cycle time chart/Gun sections/OLP download)
- Work on necessary Quality checks, reviews with team and customer and knowledge sharing
Primary Skill
BIW Assembly line Simulation (Pre engineering/process planning/robotic simulation, layout & Cycle time optimization), Automotive Manufacturing Domain Knowledge, Software skills (ROBCAD and PDPS with RCS configuration), Exposure to Delmia will be an added advantage, Good Communication
