SWEDISH IT SERVICEDESK CONSULTANT LEVEL 1
Job description, tasks:
Handling incoming telephone calls and emails from our customers
Other Service Desk duties that are required
Ability and willingness to work in shifts
Fluency both in English and Swedish
Goal oriented and very accurate personality
Good communicator and coordinator
Responsible to the tasks given
Flexibility combined with an innovative approach
"Thinking outside of the box" as a daily practice
A real challenger spirit
Active interest in IT field
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Exchange
Customer Service experience
Familiarity with Citrix Environments, Active Directory
