Scrum Product Owner - APSIS - Malmö

We are now looking for an agile and commercial interested Product Owner to join our Product Team.

In this position you will function as the link between our product management and one to two of our scrum teams breaking down future features requests to stories and handling releases. You will be a key player in making sure we develop relevant and user-friendly features making sure we stay the thought leader on the Digital Marketing arena thus expanding the Apsis market share and customer satisfaction.

The Product Owner position is based at our HQ in Malmö, just next to the Malmö Central Station. You will be working in our Product Team consisting of UX/UI specialists and PO?s. Role description:

Responsibility as Product Owner for one to two scrum teams working in two-week sprints.
Plan and handle development releases in approximately two months cycles.
Generate and maintain release documentation.
Ensuring SW development has an updated and prioritized product backlog.
Ensuring all relevant stakeholders is updated on current progress and planned release status.
Participating in Product Management work e.g. epic vision, roadmap prioritizing etcetera.
Build a strong internal network and work in close cooperation with our local development teams.

Skills, experiences and mindset:

At least 3 years experience from a Product Owner position within a software development company.
Experience from and interest in agile software development methods.
A technical and commercial interest of "Software as a Service" products.
Social person with strong communication skills.
Well-developed language skills in English both written and oral.
Great Project Management skills - juggling several projects at the time.
Ability to shift from strategic visionary work to detailed operative tasks swiftly.
Great at setting priorities on both technical and commercial demands. Evenly great at explaining these to different stakeholders within the company.
Experience from the software industry of SaaS: Ecommerce, CMS, CRM, digital marketing etcetera.
