CAE Engineer Durability

We are looking for a CAE Engineer for an assignment at one of our automotive clients. The assignment will focus on durability and strength simulations of vehicle BIW.

We are looking for a sharp, social, and curious person, who get things done and have a passion for cars, solid mechanics and python-scripting. In the team you need to take ownership of the tasks you have committed to, keep structure, and deliver quality and quantity both independently as well as part of the team.

You will:

- Plan, execute and analyze results with the help of engineering judgement, experience and/or FEA including presenting these together with recommendation to ART design engineering.

- Together with your team members contribute to requirement development based on experience, attribute knowledge and CAE results.

- Take part and contribute to improved way of working.

- Take part in method development.

We see that you have a M.Sc in Engineering and have worked with non-linear structural simulations and are experienced in complex contact analyses. You have proven skills in pre- and post-processors such as Ansa, Meta and solvers such as Abaqus, Nastran and LS Dyna. You are skilled in programming, preferable Python. You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
