We are looking for engineers with knowledge and experience within embedded software development. The main tasks will be to develop software for our customers in industries such as, automotive, telecommunication, defense, and industry technology and in areas such as, autonomy, IoT, AI and electrification. You will take part in creating the products from requirements to implementation and customer delivery. As a part of Sigma, you will contribute to forming the development processes of tomorrow and be a key player in forming our methodology and our assignments. We think it is important that you have the possibility to influence the development and the processes. You will grow in your role by working with varied tasks in the area of software development, with different customers and in both bigger and smaller projects.

Who you are

You have an M. Sc. or B. Sc. in a relevant engineering field and a big understanding for the conditions in the software world. Embedded systems is a big area and you have an interest and experience for one or more of the following areas:

Programming, close to the hardware or application software

RTOS

Sensors

Firmware

Autonomous systems

IoT

Cloud

AI

Machine learning

DevOps

Linux

Android

Furthermore, you should have work experience from at least one of the following languages:

C

C++

C#

Java

Python

MATLAB/Simulink
