Front-End Web Developer

Propellerhead are doing more world-changing music software projects than ever before. Because of this, we now need a front-end web developer, helping us turning interaction and graphic design into web solutions for multi screen usage.

A person that has seen users struggle with existing designs - yours and others? - and have learned and grown from it.

Joining the Product Design team you will engage in daily collaboration with product managers, developers, interaction designers and graphic designers. You will work with some of the most talented people in the industry, at a company that keeps changing the world of music making.

The position is full-time and out of our offices in Stockholm, Sweden.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Plan interaction flows and build great solutions that help users achieve their tasks.
- Full responsibility in implementing interaction design to the point that it?s ready for publishing. This includes working in collaboration with developers and product managers.
- Taking an active part in testing different solutions with focus groups or end users.
- Estimating and planning workloads for Scrum sprints.

A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- Experience in building excellent interaction design for a multi screen world
- Strong knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 and responsive design
- Solid skills in graphic design, layout and getting around in Adobe CS
- Knowledge about front-end frameworks and browser compatibility issues
- Experience in designing for iOS and Android
- Understanding of UI and Accessibility guidelines
- Habit of working in a process of design, test and tweak
- Excellent team skills
- Fluency in English
