We are now looking for a Front-end Developer for web-based UI used by operators at our customers' production. The solutions we develop simplify the work for many operators worldwide!

Your role

As a Front-end developer you will join one of the small cross functional teams, collaborate with the UX team and developers of other areas of the embedded system. You will be responsible for implementing new features, bug fixes and maintaining an existing code for a web-based user interface in an embedded system. The role will encourage you to play around with new ideas and find creative ways of meeting customer needs.

Some of your tasks:

• Develop and contribute to driving the future of the user interface in an embedded system
• Propose improvements in the architecture around the application and be part of transforming the application accordingly
• Maintain and develop the communication with the different APIs for receiving and sending data to underlying applications
• Learn and implement the latest software technology and methods.

The position is in Sweden, at our head office, Nacka. We have a hybrid workplace. You report to Team Manager Station interfaces.

To succeed, you will need

You are a team player with good communication skills, who wants to embrace new challenges. You are self-organized, committed and customer focused. You are fluent in English and hold a Bachelor or Master within relevant area, and some years of experience in software development.

Experienced in:

• JavaScript / Typescript
• React
• Java (primarily syntax, not the Java runtime)
• NPM

Experience in any of these areas will be considered a plus:

Git, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Lerna, Nx or similar tool, Storybook, Front end testing, Selenium, working with open source
