What you'll do
Would you like to be a product manager in an amazing organization serving one of the core areas of the Volvo Cars business? Do you want to help us innovate the customer experience? 
Group and Affiliates transactions is a part of our Commercial Cluster in the Digital Finance area, responsible for managing wholesale and intercompany & intergroup flows. These flows manage most of Volvo Cars revenue today. Our hypothesis is that if we can outsmart our competitors when it comes to our financial intercompany flows, we will have a competitive edge. This will be your challenge. 
Additionally, we are moving from a consultant-heavy organization to having in-house talent. Your will be part of transforming this area into a more product-oriented organization.

* You will ensure that we prioritize the most impactful ideas and that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
* You will be the voice of product in the Product team through a friendly and effective collaboration with your Engineering and UX counterparts. You will build and communicate a strong product mission and vision for the Group company transactions and be accountable for the team pursue that with focus. 
* Coach and strengthen a product team, emphasizing a culture of team health, psychological safety, and high sustainable performance.    

What you'll bring
We believe that you have experience of working as a Product Manager with a focus on the finance domain, and it is meritorious if you have worked with SAP. You love to lead, develop, inspire, and grow a product team, and have previous experience doing so; you probably have a leadership position today and you know what it takes to build a phenomenal team. 
You are knowledgeable and passionate about modern software development that builds products our customers love. You are fluent in turning customer insight into experiments. You are skilled in product strategy and willing to work hands-on to ensure that we learn and iterate. Experience with business processes around billing, invoicing and collection is a plus.
Finally, you fully embrace a growth mindset and can encourage others to do the same. You are someone who likes to have fun at work and makes sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
