UX Designer

Smartsign is seeking a UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help us create innovative and effective digital signage solutions. Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvement.

- Design and prototype user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet user needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, sales and support to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to continuously improve product usability.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX design, and share insights and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products or services.

- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research techniques.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
