Job description

Accedo is currently expanding its Global Support Operation and actively looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join the Customer Support Team in Stockholm.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide first line support to corporate customers
Manage all customer communications through our global support portal
End-to-end ticket/issue management, from generation through to closure
Qualification, classification and verification of customer support issues
Troubleshoot application bugs/defects on a variety of platforms, such as web based TV, mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and games consoles (PlayStation/Xbox)
Identify and apply first line code fixes, test and verify resolution
Work with Accedo cross-functional teams to manage second line fixes (where required)

Role Requirements:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Recent commercial experience operating in a technical (software) support role
Excellent Customer facing skills and strong problem solving abilities
Practical background in web/mobile development highly desirable
Genuine interest in technology/programming and willingness to learn new skills
Exposure to ticket/issue management systems such as JIRA beneficial
Exposure to source code management systems such as Bitbucket beneficial
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
