System Developer

We are looking for a system developer withing Pension and Insurance Business.
In your role you will:
- develop and maintain technical business solutions in the distribution domain, as Insurance Advisory tool, Quotation and Sales applications etc.
- develop and create sustainable software solutions
- use and grow your business knowledge in order to create solutions that exceed customers´ expectations
- constantly work together with collegues in Sweden, Malaysia and Denmark. You must be able to travel during long periods of time.
- have a senior role in making our agile way of work efficient
- through your Business and technical knowledge contribute to operational stability and be a role model from both technical and business perspective

Qualifications in order to succeed in the role:

- Strong Business knowledge in the Swedish and Danish Pension and Insurance market
- Experience of working with developers in Sweden, Denmark and Malaysia and strong understanding of the countries different cultures
- Master´s degree in computer science
- Strong .NET background (C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, MSSQL Server and SSIS)
- Long experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications using Microsoft Technologies.
- Strong experience in using Agile development tools
- Exceptionally good english, both in speech and writing
- Structured, accurate and a natural initiator
- Strong understanding of customers´ needs
