Deployment Specialist

At Soundtrack Your Brand we are a small and tight team, and the company is built on the basic principles of being a lean and efficient start-up powered by the benefits of a market leading technology and brand.

As a deployment specialist, you’ll be the person making sure that our Nordic customers gets up and running as quickly as possible – while keeping them happy along the way. Being a startup, you will also find yourself doing a range of different tasks across the company, so being hands-on and pragmatic is a must.

You will report to our Managing Director, Nordics, but are expected to support customers worldwide. Travelling may occur, but the vast majority of your work will be done from our Stockholm HQ.

Essential duties

• Supporting our customers to get up and running with our services (includes on-site visits)
• Pre-sales support (e.g. technical advice regarding setup)
• Co-ordinating pilot runs where potential customers tries our products
• Error and incident management, including monitoring of live customers
• Troubleshooting our hardware, the Soundtrack Player
• Improving our deployment processes with scalability in focus
• Support in updating our help-guides on the website
• Supporting in releasing software updates to our customers

You might note that we do not list a required earlier experience. As long as you feel confident with the bullet points listed above, it doesn’t matter if you work in a restaurant, at a sales office or in an internal IT-help desk. Your personality and skill is what matters.
