DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to work with Saab Kockums Naval Synthetic Environment and onboard IT infrastructure.

Your role

You will be involved the DevSecOps software lifecycle phases; plan, develop, build, test, release, deliver, deploy, operate, and monitor.

The work will vary from project to project, but will include developing and delivery of complete systems including software and hardware.

In some projects the focus will be related to software development, working with development and delivery of our Naval Synthetic Environment; used for tactical training of the submarine and surface ship crews.

In other project the focus will be to develop, configure and deliver the IT infrastructure and related services used on our submarines, surface ships and land-based training facilities.

The main tasks are:

* Development of software in C#
* Development of microservices
* Development of containers
* Development and execution of tests
* Contribute to the design of software systems
* Developing and documenting system design
* Hardening of containers and virtual machines
* Configuration of infrastructure services
(secure time, logging, monitoring, directory service etc.)
* Development of deployment scrips

Your profile

We are looking for a software engineer who is interested in technology and have the ability to easily get acquainted with new things. You are a person who enjoys collaborating with others and is happy to share your knowledge and learn from others.

Required skills:

* Bachelor degree in computer science or similar university education
* Minimum a few years of experience from software development
* Good knowledge in .NET and C#
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
