WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing Software and Systems Engineering team. You will help us with the development of our production system, shaping the future software and analysis platforms for the development and production of the unique Exeger material.

This is a junior role, so we don’t expect you to be an expert already, rather a person who is willing to learn and grow with us to be a key member of the team. You will get to work both independently and in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

Skills required

• BSc or Master in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience either through your studies or previous work in general purpose programming languages (C/C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.)
• Hands-on development, installation, integration and deploying activities
• Fluent in English

*If you have any experience of the things mentioned below, it's a merit.

• Practical experience with C# and .NET
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as;
Blazor, Vue or Angular
• Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN, Hg, etc.)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Perl or PowerShell
• Familiarity with CI/CD and/or DevOps concepts
• Familiarity with networking and configuring servers
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, NoSQL or MySQL

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engineering is the place within Exeger where we design machines and solutions, developing the entire Exeger production line. Focusing on innovative engineering solutions for high-performance projects, and provide technical expertise through design, manufacturing, and operations.

• programming in the .NET ecosystem
• Researching and integrating various 3rd party software tools
• Working in a cross-functional environment helping turn user stories into live systems
• Developing as a professional being part of a team of seasoned developers
• Finding creative solutions to unique challenges
• Bringing your vision and ideas to the table
