Enabling Services (IXC) within Shared IT Services & Governance manages the company´s central and shared services for Application Integration, Integration Services, Information Integration, Business Automation, Corporate Digital Design & UX.

 

Who we are:
 

Application Integration team has the responsibility to deliver platform services for integration, through EDI and the central Integration platform containing IBM (IB, MQSeries), Seeburger, Axway and Java products. It is business critical and vital for ensuring that systems and applications can exchange information and functionality on daily basis. Apart from the solution architect, the team consist of Enterprise architect, Product owners, Scrum master and an offshore development team.

 

Job description:
 

As an Integration solution architect, you take up end responsibility for analysing and executing the enterprise integration platform architecture and contribute by sharing knowledge and experience about product design analysis and deployment. You map business requirements into technical solutions through interaction with different stakeholders and ensure that designed solutions are successfully implemented by supporting the project teams. You work with guardrails and defining the integration roadmap and architecture.

 

• Evaluation of existing technology stack and improvements aligned with Scania’s strategy
• Analysis of functional and technical requirements to enable the application teams that allows services and systems to integrate between on-prem, cloud and SaaS environments.
• Co-create, manage, and execute an integration roadmap
• Overall life cycle management of the technology stack up to date with latest developments, releases and security patches.
• Documentation of new and existing solutions including architecture components

 

What you need to succeed
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM MQ, IIB, ACE.
• Good understanding of modern technologies such as APIM, Streaming, cloud services like AWS, Azure.
• Hands-on experience of migration project from one integration tool to another.
• Exposure to repository tools like SVN, Gitlab, Perforce tool.
• Good knowledge on database queries and relationships.
• Hands-on experience in DB tools like SQL Developer, DB visualizer.
• Hands-on experience on Axway XML gateway (SOAP services).
• Advantage to have knowledge on JAVA to analyse customized tools like AP (Adapter Platform), BTD (Build to Deploy).
• Previous experience working within an integration organisation.
• Knowledge of different industry best practices for integration patterns.
• Knowledge on cloud, hybrid and on-premise architectures.
• Have a bachelor or master's degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English
