Description
In collaboration with our client, a Swedish multinational engineering company situated in Sandviken, we are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Developer. You will build and enhance functions in the platform with a focus on creating smooth and automated processes for colleagues on a global reach.
In this position you will have a variety of tasks working closely with a team and stakeholders in creating the best experience possible while exploring the need of future functions in the ServiceNow platform. The solutions fulfill user needs and meet the functional compliance and quality requirements.
More precisely, in the IT Workflow and Experience areas the aim is to offer all users the opportunity to have orderable services with values towards customer value and efficiency. Improvement and development of existing and new services to provide a seamless automated Self-Service, centered on the ServiceNow platform.
The role consists of tasks such as,
- Translate business needs into working services, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Provide options for how the solution could be evolved to provide more values.
- Manage daily tasks and incidents in parallel with considering new development.
Requirements
- Current certification as certified System Administrator in ServiceNow
- Scripting experience of at least one of the following languages:
- JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML + SCSS,
- Flow Designer – micro certification or equivalent experience,
- Service Portal Fundamentals – micro certification or equivalent experience,
- Request management experience on the ServiceNow platform
Qualifying requirements
- Agile working and openness and commitment for a variety of tasks
- IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals (on ServiceNow platform)
- Service Operations Workspace
- Experience of working with API (REST API…)
- Performance Analytics experience
- Integrations Hub experience
- Ai Search experience
- Automated Test Framework
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Certification
- Scription Knowledge, Bootstrap, JSON, PowerShell
- Service Portal advanced
- CSDM 3.0 fundamentals
- Operational management
Experience
- High competence within area, deeper and/or unique competence within one or more special areas.
- Have participated in several projects within the area.
- Can be responsible for a part of the project/ area and manage smaller working groups.
- Mostly work independently.
