Assignment Description:

We are currently seeking a Tech Lead for a remote work opportunity in Stockholm. Our client is looking for someone who can take ownership of their transformation journey, drive the team, and assume responsibility for the technology. As a Tech Lead, you will be working with .NET development as a vital part of the development team. Your responsibilities will include streamlining development processes, improving quality, and establishing a structure for efficient workflows. Together with the team, you will set the framework for work methods and ensure the performance of all their systems.

What you'll do:

· Take responsibility for the team's overall quality and delivery

· Set up resources and microservices in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

· Drive mob programming within the team and promote knowledge sharing

· Identify areas for improvement and streamline existing work methods

· Develop new and enhance existing internal systems and system integrations

· Participate in an architecture forum with other Tech Leads and architects to ensure optimal technical solutions

Who you are:

· Demonstrated experience in .NET Core, .NET Framework

· Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

· Strong knowledge of Git, Github, and Github actions

· Familiarity with Kubernetes

· Experience with mob programming

· Understanding and experience with agile methodologies

· Previous leadership or informal leadership experience

Preferred (Nice to Have):

· Experience with test-driven development

· Knowledge of Node.js and Vue.js

· Flexible and committed with a genuine interest in new technologies

· Ability to identify improvements in the development process

· Passion for leading and coaching others to reach the best solutions
