Oracle EBS Developer

We are looking for Oracle EBS Developers for our customer in Stockholm.

The company will be creating a subteam in the ERP team that will focus on logistics changes. This subteam will be a mix of a new person and some from the current team. Then we need to backfill the other team with those that start in the logistics team.
Most probably we will take in one extra consultant with logistics expertise and one consultant with more broad knowledge (both supply chain/finance flows/HR). We use EBS R12 for supply chain and finance and use fusion for HR.

Profile 1 (most important to be filled first) :

· Experienced EBS developer (R12) ? developer with design expertise ? experienced in PL/SQL, reports, forms and workflows
· Knowledge in logistics area (supply chain management)
· Strong communication skills (since we work closely with the stakeholders, who are not technical)
· Selfgoing and contributing to the team/IT?s improvements
· If possible, having worked in an agile development environment
· If possible, worked in telco (but not necessary)

Profile 2 :

· Experienced EBS developer (R12 and maybe fusion ? not maybe have fusion I am aware) ? experienced in PL/SQL, reports, forms and workflows
· Knowledge in logistics area and finance flows
· Strong communication skills (since we work closely with the stakeholders, who are not technical)
· Selfgoing and contribution to the team/IT?s improvements
· If possible, having worked in an agile development environment
· If possible, worked in telco (but not necessary)

In general : we aim all persons in IT to be T-shaped, meaning being expert in their area but open to learn and support in other areas. As a developer you will, together with the team, analyze, design, develop, create auto tests, test, install software and improve the whole process. It is an advantage if developers have worked closely with stakeholders and did functional testing.
