Senior Data Engineer Consultant and Data Tech Lead

We're looking to expand our family with a senior data engineer who can not only contribute to our projects and do consulting individually, but also help us grow the company. For the right individual, there is an opportunity to invest in the company and have a tangible stake in our success.

What you'll do:

• Work as a senior data engineering consultant for top companies in Stockholm
• ETL/ELT, reverse ETL, and data pipelines
• Data transformation, modeling and testing
• Orchestration
• Infrastructure As Code
• Mentor junior colleagues

Who you are:

• Five years or more of industry experience
• Likely have higher education in Computer Science or related fields
• Proficient in at least one programming language, likely Python, Java and/or Scala
• Well versed in SQL and databases/warehouses/lakes
• Experienced with one or more of the leading cloud platforms
• Self-motivated individual contributor and fun, friendly and cooperative teammate
• Have a working proficiency in Swedish

Where you'll be:

• Central Stockholm (hybrid workplace)
• May vary depending on the client, but expect to split time between your client's office, hanging out with friends in the OMATEQ office, and working from home
