About the position

As System Specialist you will be an important part of Group IT and deliver services towards our internal users and customers in the Nordics. You will belong to Group IT Core Services and report to Head of Core Services that is stationed in Finland. You will be a part of a very ambitious and skilled IT team and good career development opportunities is waiting for you here. The position is stationed in our Stockholm or Helsinki office, and we work in a hybrid working model.

The purpose of the role is to support Sergel and its customers by delivering high quality, efficient Core IT services in a proactive way and according to Sergel Group´s strategy and Business Plan.  

We expect you to:

• Provide internal end-user support as an expert for Sergel Debt Collection system
• Solving Service Request tickets for IT Core Services
• Delivering changes to the Debt Collection platform
• Analyzing business requirements to assess the impact on system change
• Maintaining documentation to a high standard and ensuring governance procedures are followed

You have the courage to express your thoughts and ideas while also considering the views of those around you.

We wish you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within IT
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Good English language skills both in writing and speaking.
• Finnish/Swedish skills both in writing and speaking are an asset, based on where you are stationed.
• Jira and Confluence

We wish you to have all or at least some of the following technical experience:

• Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL database
• XML, XSL, XPath
• ITIL framework
• File transfer protocols SFTP, FTP
• Azure Cloud Services
• Atlassian
