Job description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in an automotive assignment.
As an UX Team and Project Lead you will be responsible of defining and developing user experience for automotive and mobility products and services, where the focus lies within the digital in-vehicle experience and connected services, as well as considering the whole use journey for customers and users.

Responsibilities
- Manage the UX team’s project involvement in different vehicle projects and digital service development, ensuring an overall coherent approach;
- Keep an overview of project content, implementation status and cross-team cooperation;
- Work closely with the Head of User Experience and act as their deputy in team management and strategic work;
- Work in a context where you will interact with different departments, products, and workflows, as well as experience the technologies of the future;
- Everyone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be both flexible to take on different kinds of tasks and to be able to work autonomously;
- Occasional travels may be required for this role.
Qualifications
- Professional education in UX, HMI, graphics design or similar;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of User Experience;
- Experience from management or leading positions;
- Excellent communication and planning skills;
- Experience within automotive is a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, SW Development, Jira is an advantage;
- Fully proficient in English is required and Chinese is an advantage;
- Experience of designing for embedded systems is an advantage;
- Experience of agile work methodologies is an advantage;
- Driver’s license B is required.
