UX Designer Team Lead

For our inhouse team and our clients we are looking for you who has a positive attitude and motivation to deliver high quality work and knows how to turn complex user experiences into innovative, creative design.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to succeed in this role we believe that you have excellent communication skills in english and preferably swedish. You have the ability to communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed design to other team members and stakeholders. We also see that you have:
8 years of experience within UX Design.
Experience from leading or management positions.
Experience working with a diverse set of software and rapid prototyping tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, InVision, ProtoPie, Principle.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area, for example: interaction design, interface design, human-computer interaction, human-centered computing or engineering, Industrial design or graphic design with focus on UX.

IT IS A BIG PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Knowledge and experience from using design thinking, design standards and finding best practices to turn user findings into high qualitative UX/UI design.
Familiarity with Design Systems and Agile software development process.
Communication skills in the chinese language.

We are now in search of designers to work primarily in external client assignments, but inhouse projects are also a possibility. You will work with leading brands within the life science, medtech, retail and automotive industries.
