Oracle DBA expert

We are looking for an Oracle DBA expert that have deep knowledge about reports generated by Oracle, being able to explain how to
interpret them (methods & tools) and then come up with good suggestions on actions to avoid performance issues (ADDM, SQLT, AWR?).

Required skills:
- Deep knowledge about DBMS_SQLTUNE, Oracle functions. Being able to suggest if these are the best way to use for tuning Oracle or what to use instead. Training to DBA on how to best utilize the tools.
- Deep knowledge about Oracle in order to give good suggestions about what order to rebuild indexes, run statistics and sql tuning and the impact they have in between them depending on what order they are run.
- Deep knowledge about Oracle histograms, being able to explain what they can do? How to use them and should we use them? This since the queries that is almost always the problem is usually the same, and among the few ones being bindsensitive and bind_aware.
- On a general level being able to explain why we end up with performance problem within Oracle on some occasions and give good suggestions on what to do to stabilize performance. To explain the reasons behind execution plans change, when performance goes bad, there is usually a statement taking a lot of time and resources, applying a different plan as advised by SQLTUNE package usually helps, alternative plans can in some cases be 99% more efficient.
