Perido is looking for a technical consultant/system analyst for our client, a business support solutions (BSS) provider that provide solutions to clients worldwide. You will be working with a testing platform used by telecom carriers globally to ensure that the quality standards required are met. The position is based at the heart of Stockholm within our clients office.

The role consists of two parts: you will work as technical system analyst in customer support as well as a technical consultant in customer system implementations. As system analyst you will:

-Support technical system analyst - 2nd line support
-Provide customers with high quality support responses and solutions according to agreed lead times
-Report progress to the Customer Support Manager, raise issues when needed

And as technical consultant you:

-Are responsible for the technical part of the customer implementation, performing technical installation and configuration (all activities done remotely)
-Run implementation preparations phone meetings with customer representatives
-Assist the customer to perform their activities without delay
-Run user web training sessions
-Report implementation progress to the Customer Service Manager, raise issues when needed

You will be part of a team that consists of highly skilled professionals working in an efficient and fast paced environment where Product management, R&D, Professional Services and Support work closely together, all in the same office. To be a successful part of this team you need excellent analytical skills, dedication to deliver high quality solutions, ability to work independently, and good communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:
-Completed postgraduate degree in Computer Science or similar
-At least two years of professional experience
-Knowledge in several of the areas SQL Server, Windows Server, .NET, Linux, C++
-Understanding of network technologies like SIP, SS7 and wireless technologies like GSM, UMTS and 4G is meriting
-Excellent command of English; oral and written

Contract type and hours
Full time, start as soon as possible.
