Job Description

We are looking to expand our Swedish Marketing team on sunny Malta with an Online Marketing Manager. The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimization of our online presence in our Swedish Market. This is a great opportunity for a person with ambitions to grow within the online marketing world.

We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience working with successful initiatives in web, e-commerce and digital marketing. You have proven experience in the field that has produced good and successful results before. With your hands-on mentality you are a true doer who enjoys making things happen. You have great knowledge and experience of different tools available to optimize the work and a great interest in analyzing, measuring and monitoring the results of implemented activities. You make it a priority to be informed and updated regarding trends in web, e-commerce and digital marketing. The job requires an analytical approach with the ability to summarize data for analysis and conclusions, both for further optimization of activities and for presentation to other parts of the organization. Experience of the Online Casino industry is seen as an merit.

Planning, implementing and executing online marketing initiatives will be a big part of your day to day responsibilities. You will work closely with Swedish Country Manager and your primary focus will be to:

● Optimise the daily online marketing of LeoVegas in the Swedish market

● Analyse and optimise the daily marketing and improve both content and publications related to the   Swedish marketing

● Increase the understanding and analyses of marketing campaigns and based on outcome propose most efficient ways of media buying

● Find and make business cases for new and unexplored online marketing channels

● Test, analyze and propose changes on marketing materials

● Negotiate with suppliers

Qualifications

● Marketing or analytical Degree from university or similar

● Experience from operational work in an online or digital marketing environment

● Analytical mindset

●  Good understanding of web analyses, banner flows and conversion optimisation

● Experience from working in Adform will be considered a plus

●  A doer and self driven individual

Additional Information

As the successful candidate will be working with the Swedish market it is important that you are fluent in Swedish. You also need to be fluent in both written and spoken English as you will be working in an international environment.
