CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER We are looking for a driven Customer Project Manager with excellent communication skills to be positioned in our New Business department.
Our video hosting group is responsible for Axis Video Hosting System (AVHS) within the New Business department. AVHS is supporting the majority of all existing and new products that Axis is developing and is in the forefront of video security surveillance systems and continuously adds new innovative features and technology. The customer team within AVHS handles product customization and provides support to key account customers.
In this important role, you will primarily manage the projects and continuous work in our AVHS Customer Team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead the communication with external customers Prioritize the work of the customer team; consisting of developers, testers and product specialists Gather customer input in order to steer long term product development Actively look for solutions and drive decision making Seek synergies and dependencies with other projects Lead and motivate the customer team towards successful goal completion Work closely with the entire Axis organization, in Lund and globally Contribute to process improvements in the Project Office of New Business as well as in the Axis Project Manager Forum

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You have an educational background in engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree in relevant subjects e.g. Computer Science or equivalent.
We believe that the right candidate has at least 3 years of documented experience from working as a Customer Project Manager or in a similar role. It is important that you are used to work with a large number of stakeholders and have great communication skills. You need to be able to run several simultaneous tasks and implement new ways of working when required. It is also important that you have wide experience from, and thoroughly enjoy, working with external customers.
You have previous experience from working with agile development methods within software development; previous experience as Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is considered a merit. 
You are also required to have excellent Swedish and English oral/writing communication skills and the ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment.

The team has market oriented business development resources as well as product development resources.
