The Challenge Ahead
GHOST continues to grow and we are looking for an IT technician to our team in Gothenburg. The new technician will be focusing on desktop support but also do some server and network support.
You will be one in a team of nine people responsible for delivering high quality IT support in Sweden. The work of our IT department is team oriented and we are jointly responsible for achieving our goals, even though we have a few different locations.

The role will involve responsibility for user support, everything from desktops to software to purchasing and more at our office in Gothenburg, but we also handle systems for the other Swedish offices. In these areas you will be responsible for how the tasks and projects are carried out. We praise on innovation and forward thinking.

Qualifications
We are looking for people with at least few years' working experience in IT support, Windows systems, computer hardware and Active directory management.
GHOST is working mainly with Microsoft products and Dell hardware.
